马来西亚橡胶委员会上海代表处（“本处”） 声明

Malaysian Rubber Council Shanghai Representative Office (“MRC SRO”) hereby announce:

1.本处已于2021年1月29日将名称由“马来西亚橡胶出口促进委员会上海代表处”变更为“马来西亚橡胶委员会上海代表处”。自上述日期后，任何主体以“马来西亚橡胶出口促进委员会上海代表处”名义从事任何活动的，均不构成对本处的有效代表/代理。

MRC SRO has changed its name from Malaysian Rubber Export Promotion Council Shanghai Representative Office （“MREPC SRO”） to Malaysian Rubber Council Shanghai Representative Office (“MRC SRO”) since 29th January 2021. Since the above date, any entity which engages in any activities in the name of MREPC SRO shall not be considered as an effective representative/agent to MRC SRO.

2.本处于2021年1月1日遗失公章一枚，现声明作废。以上公章自遗失之日起，该公章所涉及的一切文件、法律关系及法律纠纷，本处均不承担任何法律责任。

MRC SRO lost an official seal on 1st January 2021 and hereby declares it invalid. Since the said date, MRC SRO will not bear any legal liability for all documents, legal relationship and legal disputes relating to the said lost seal.

3.原本处员工陈利强（Danny Tan Lee Keong）已于2021年8月31日与本处解除雇佣关系。

Employment relationship between MRC SRO and its former employee Danny Tan Lee Keong has been terminated since 31st August 2021.

4.自2021年1月1日以后，陈利强以本处名义签订任何合同或作出任何承诺，本处不予认可并不承担任何法律责任。

Any contract or commitment Danny Tan Lee Keong made in the name of MRC SRO since 1st January 2021 will not be recognized by, or legally binding to MRC SRO.
